Where it ships from
We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Our bracelets come from a supplier in China, and orders leave from our supplier's partner warehouse there. Nothing ships from a US warehouse, which is why delivery takes 11-17 business days: 3-5 to process and 8-12 in transit.
What it costs to get here
$7.95 flat, or free once your order reaches $60 after any discount. Our prices do not include import duties; if a carrier asks you for an import fee at delivery, email us before paying. Any state sales tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
If you change your mind
Thirty days from the day it lands. Email us and we send a prepaid label, so return shipping costs you nothing. No restocking fee. Refund issued 5-7 business days after our returns partner in Easton, PA has it.
What you will not find
No countdown timers, no crossed-out prices the shop never charged, and no customer reviews until we have sold enough for honest ones to exist.
